Stag Minstrel Dresser

Stunning mint condition Stag Minstrel dresser / chest of drawers with unique Copper effect design. 
 
This chest of drawers was sourced from a local antiques dealer and is in absolutely mint condition, it had clearly been looked after by it's previous owners.  The unit was cleaned, sanded and given a full, unique make over.  The main body of the unit has been painted in Craig & Rose Jet Black paint, which has a slight navy undertone to it.  The two larger bottom drawers have also been painted with the Jet Black paint, but with a hand painted copper effect overlay.  The four smaller drawers by contrast have been painted with copper effect paint with a Jet Black overlay creating a subtle separation between them.  
 
I wanted to do something a little different to the norm with this iconic piece of furniture, so if you are after a  truly one off piece of well loved history, this is the piece for you!

As with all pre loved items, there may be signs of a previous life on this piece.
