How much does delivery cost? 

I will endeavour to obtain the best possible delivery charge for you.  I use a range of tried and tested courier services local either to myself or the delivery address.  Please do contact me before purchasing for a delivery quote.

Alternatively you can either arrange your own courier to pick up the product or you can pick up in person from my workshop in Chelmsford, Essex.

Please note if you wish to arrange your own courier service, I am not able to accept any liability for damage during transit.  

Can I view before I buy?

Of course!  I would welcome you to come and have a look at my products before purchasing.  My workshop is located in Chelmsford, Essex.  Alternatively if you wish to have a video call to check out the product, I'd be happy to accommodate.

What are the payment options?

We currently accept all major payment methods.  If you are unsure if I accept your preferred payment method, please do not hesitate to contact me to check before purchasing.

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately at this time I am not able to accept returns unless your item has been damaged during delivery.  Please do contact me if you have any concerns about this before purchasing.
